PROFİL

  • Bachelor or master’ s degree from related fields
  • 2+ years of HR experience
  • Having experience in SAP Success Factor is a must
  • Excellent command of English

SORUMLULUK ALANLARI

  • Will be responsible for recruitment processes
  • Making training needs analysis of the company and creating and implementing annual internal and external training plans
  • Implementation and development of the Performance Management System
  • Effective implementation and development of company-wide regulations, procedures and instructions regarding Human Resources practices
  • Implementation and development of Employee Development and Employee Engagement practices
  • Ensuring that the company's wage and benefits policy is carried out at the determined standards and is kept up to date
