SORUMLULUK ALANLARI

  • To be the strategic partner of related functions and employees regarding all HR processes
  • To identify business units’ needs precisely and to convey them to HR business units upon analysis
  • Will be responsible for all employee HR needs and communicate them with required transactions are processes on HR systems
  • To be the change agent to establish the coordination/cooperation and managing organizational change management
  • Managing CoE, Shared Services an Business Segments
