PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER

PREREQUISITES

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing ( huge plus to have B2B SaaS experience)
  • In-depth knowledge of end to end product marketing
  • Previous agency management experience and ability to build strong working relationships
  • Strong analytical skills and you use data to optimize and make decisions
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English

PROFILE

  • In-depth knowledge of product positioning, pricing, competition analysis, service, and road mapping to positively impact market share, sales, margin, and business beyond the technical characteristics of the product
  • Previous agency management experience and ability to build strong working relationships
  • Strong analytical skills and you use data to optimize and make decisions
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Craft and execute global expansion strategies
  • Understand product strategy and goals to maximize the value and efficiency of product deliveries
  • Incorporate data, research, and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps
  • Identify product opportunities and turn them into tangible, prioritized roadmap tasks by building consensus around user needs
  • Craft and own an elaborate and comprehensive sales playbook and content repository
  • Build standard and custom collateral targeting industries, segments, companies etc.
  • Work with Product, Marketing, Business Development, and Sales teams to improve closure rates
  • Deliver manuals and sales tools to our reps to help them be more efficient and effective
  • Unparalleled ability to conduct and derive measurable outcomes from efforts such as market segmentation, customer persona definition, messaging/positioning development, competitive positioning, product and feature/function launch efforts, and more
  • You are known for your ability to take the development team on the customer journey and translate their technical terms into easy-to-understand language for our partners and customers. Drive UX research and consult UX/UI design, technical design, and product execution phases
  • Manage and monitor CRM tools to boost the conversion
  • Working on data segmentation and post-campaign analysis
  • Define and segment the user base with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Developing optimization strategies in order to increase efficiency and cross-sell, Develop and implement
  • Company's Public Relations and communications strategy
  • Lead and own the day-to-day management of all PR & communications projects
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of media trends and industry best practices
  • Manage and closely work with external agencies across projects and activities
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on all PR activities to track progress against key metrics and prepare relevant reports with clear action items and deliverables
  • Following popular events in globally, report to the Director to identify sponsorship opportunities
