  • BA Degree in relevant fields
  • Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Perfect knowlegde of MS Office

PROFİL

  • Bachelor or master’ s degree from related fields
  • 4+years of related experience
  • Proven performance in talent acquisition processes
  • Strong interpersonal skills with good intuition and the ability to communicate to all levels of the organization
  • Good at prioritizing workload, handling multiple tasks at once, and having strong attention to details
  • Strong business-oriented approach
  • Excellent command of English

SORUMLULUK ALANLARI

  • Conduct end to end recruitment processes within a high volume, dynamic environment
  • Work closely with Managing Partners to understand business and customer needs
  • Generate a pipeline of candidates through proactive recruitment methods
  • Maintain relationships with candidates for future openings
  • Preparing quarterly and annually HR and Sector reports
  • Contributing to the development of talent acquisition and employer branding strategy as well as the overall operation
