SORUMLULUK ALANLARI

  • Conduct all talent management activities and processes in parallel with talent strategy; identification of talent pool, and responsible for local and global talent development programs
  • Manage development center and determine the methodology for the planning of individual developments and career succession planning
  • Design/create/execute/evaluate sustainable talent management & successor development programs
  • Manage university collaboration programs, intern / coop programs
  • Design a suite of programs that create a flexible career path in line with organizational needs
